At DANCAMPS Trelde Næs you can hold meetings in glamping tents with outdoor hot tubs – all in the midst of some of the country’s most beautiful nature.
A campsite is seldom the first thing you think of when planning meetings or events. But DANCAMPS Trelde Næs has classic meeting rooms as well as some more unusual offerings.
“We create meetings and events that are out of the ordinary. We are located in the midst of Denmark’s most beautiful scenery, and our 35 square metre glamping tents are ideal for unusual meetings for 8–10 people. There are tables, chairs, wi-fi, a toilet and a special atmosphere. “When was the last time you had a meeting in a safari tent?” asks Camilla Dvinge, Director at DANCAMPS Trelde Næs.
If you’re planning a larger event, it’s also possible to rent larger tents with room for up to 125 people.
The tents can also be booked for overnight stays if you want the full glamping experience. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast delivered to your tent under the stars.
“Of course, we also take care of the catering, whether you want breakfast, coffee and cake or the big barbecue menu, where our chef will come and prepare the food. If you want to go all out with food over a campfire, that’s also an option”, she emphasises.

DANCAMPS Trelde Næs is located north of Fredericia, where the Little Belt strait and Vejle Fjord meet. The Trelde Næs area is one of the 15 areas in Denmark’s Nature Canon.
“Our surroundings are Danish nature at its best. Before or after the meeting, you can hike in the forest and meadows, picnic on the beach, try your hand at water sports or hunt for fossils in the metre-high cliffs. The area is also ideal for angling,” Camilla Dvinge explains about the many activities that can be organised before, during or after the meeting.
“If you need complete relaxation, we can also fire up our outdoor hot tubs where you can enjoy the view of the fjord from the warm water. Or you can stargaze at night. As our guests say: It’s as if the tension just melts away when you come here,” she says.
