Fredericia Musical Theatre can create a unique setting for your next corporate event

The sloping boards at Fredericia Musical Theatre can be used for meetings, conferences, dining, lectures and VIP entertainment.

For more than 20 years, Fredericia Musical Theatre has been the epicentre of the development and production of Danish musicals. And the theatre is happy to lend the sloping boards and the atmospheric and spacious rooms to corporate events.

“We have two products we offer to businesses and corporate customers. Firstly, we can rent out our halls for meetings and conferences, with or without catering. And we can also offer VIP experiences and entertainment as a festive element after or during a day of meetings, courses or conferences,” says the director of Fredericia Musical Theatre.

Customised entertainment
The theatre has a small and a large auditorium, with room for up to 251 and 811 guests, respectively.

“Our theatre halls have non-fixed seating chairs and a tilting floor, so we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to set-up and layout. For example, we can make the floor completely flat and arrange tables and chairs however you wish. The main hall can seat around 350 dining guests. And of course you can use our professional lighting and sound equipment, etc.”, explains the theatre director, who can also tailor different types of VIP entertainment for corporate clients.

“If we have a performance in the main hall, we often organise a dinner and/or lecture for business guests in the small hall before the performance. This could be a talk by the theatre manager, director, actor or similar. It could also be singing and music by a recognised artist. We look at this on a case-by-case basis to see what options are available in relation to the current events,” he says.
Open to ideas and wishes
When it comes to dining, they also assess this individually and based on the guests’ wishes.

“We don’t have our own kitchen facilities, so instead we have various skilled partners in the town. This also means it can be very flexible depending on the type of food you want. It may be difficult to find space to prepare and serve a three-course menu for several hundred people, but we can handle most other ideas and requests,” emphasises the director.

“Our Front of House Manager is responsible for all catering and set-up and can certainly help with that, while our Partnership Manager has extensive experience in creating great corporate events. We organise each event in collaboration with the guest!”
