Looking for a conference hotel with team building activities? Hotel Fuglsangcentret has it all!

Scenic, bright and sensuous

At Hotel Fuglsangcentret you can hold courses and conferences in bright and scenic surroundings that stimulate all the senses.

Courses and conferences are organised here almost every day of the year, and while friendly service and hospitality are a matter of course, there is also ample opportunity for creative discussions about the organisation of courses and conferences. The staff go to great lengths to fulfil individual wishes and needs.

“We offer both day meetings and conferences with accommodation. We have some basic packages, but we always discuss the best solution with each guest. In principle, you can have whatever you want, whether it’s a picnic in the woods or by the water, or a special group experience before, during or after the meetings,” says Trine Duus Andreasen, Conference Manager at Hotel Fuglsangcentret.

“You can have dinner served in complete darkness or be guided through a beer or whisky tasting with local products. If you want to use your body, we have a six-metre high Tarzan course and a sensory trail where you can also try out the ‘over sticks and stones’ concept. It’s a kind of obstacle course where you have to work together blindfolded and holding a blindfold stick. There are many possibilities”, she explains.

Nordic cuisine with local ingredients
You can enjoy delicious and well-prepared Nordic cuisine throughout your stay at Hotel Fuglsangcentret.

“We care about quality and use local ingredients as much as possible. We typically serve a breakfast buffet and lunch buffet with cold and hot dishes, and then two or three courses in the evening. There is free access to ice water, coffee and fresh fruit ad libitum during the day. The restaurant itself can seat around 100 diners, but if the weather is good, you can also take the food outside”, Trine Duus Andreasen points out.

Sensory garden and spa area
Hotel Fuglsangcentret is decorated in a minimalist style with bright rooms and large windows, most of which face onto green areas.

“Beyond the windows are a series of cosy courtyards with fountains and a sensory garden with fragrant flowers that you are welcome to touch and eat. And just behind it is the forest and nature park, which is ideal for walking, running or cycling”, says Trine Duus Andreasen.

If you need to unwind – or freshen up – before or after the day’s meetings, Hotel Fuglsangcentret even has a pool, sauna and hot tub. With room for up to 25 people.
