Restaurant Oven Vande Ved Volden is located in the old silverware factory from 1905, which has been transformed into an atmospheric and unique restaurant experience.
Who are we?
Restaurant Oven Vande was founded in 2001 – formerly located at the marina. Since then, we’ve had several homes – in the harbour area on Søndervoldgade, and now at Norgesgade 4, in a historic building whose soul matches the city’s rich heritage.
Historic surroundings
We are located in a former silverware factory from 1905, now transformed into an atmospheric restaurant with a unique atmosphere. Designed by the historic architect Jesper Jespersen, this building is one of the few remaining industrial structures in Fredericia’s city center. We are proud to be part of the city’s heritage and to continue the tradition of quality and craftsmanship.

Flexible opening hours
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday but also open on Sundays for larger parties. And remember – we’re always happy to assist, even outside of regular hours. Just give us a call, and we’ll find a solution together.
