Our concept “Urbania Street Food – street food at eye level”. We wanted to create an urban hub for gastronomy and great experiences.
A sanctuary that invites you to enjoy a quick meal, meet with friends or have quality family time. A food mecca where you can have a great meal at a fair price and a delicious cocktail or speciality beer to wash it down. Urbania will be the link between the “old part” of Fredericia and a new and more urban neighbourhood.
Urbania houses a total of 6 different food stalls offering everything from authentic Thai food to juicy American-style burgers. This makes it possible to cater for a wide range of tastes – there’s something for everyone and a space where everyone can come together for a delicious meal.
We are not the classic choice when it comes to organising meetings, company parties or other events, but if you’re looking for a location that not only fulfils the classic requirements for capacity and equipment, but is also inspiring and different, then contact Urbania Street Food with confidence.

Full-day events with versatile experiences
Urbania Street Food shares the same organisational family as Café MUMS and Doktor Herman, which gives us the opportunity to create different and versatile events for our guests, as we can bring all the venues into play. We have had great success setting the stage for day meetings at Urbania Street Food. When you need a break, we recommend a walk down to Kanalbyen, where you can stop by Café MUMS for a coffee to-go or perhaps enjoy a delicious lunch with an offering of classic high-quality open sandwiches.
Do you want to end the evening with a nice dinner with delicious wine and maybe let your hair down a little? Then we bring Doctor Herman Cocktail & Wine Pub into play. Enjoy a delicious tapas platter accompanied by a fantastic selection of delicious wines and cocktails. The venue has been built in an old doctor’s house and that’s where the theme and name come from. Just like Urbania Street Food and Café MUMS, we create an informal and relaxed environment. Should you need a more intimate setting for a smaller group, we have a smaller function room available at Doktor Herman.
